Back to work, ugh. Scramble in the morning, scramble in the evening, and somehow squeeze a workout in between.
I’m stuck pretty much doing all of my weekday workouts in the evening now. I hit the gym for my runs on a treadmill, and try to do my cross training at home. It makes for some long days, but I’m keeping up with it.
Today I run my 10k (virtual) race. For you non-runners, this is equivalent to 6.2 miles. I did eight miles last Sunday, and five miles Tuesday and Wednesday, so I’m ready for the distance. My objective for today will be to try to maintain a decent pace throughout.
WEEK 9 RESULTS
Sun: 8 mile Run- COMPLETE
Tue: 5 mile run- COMPLETE
Wed: 3 mile run or cross-training- COMPLETE. I did bench press, kettleball swings, and dumbell curls.
Thu: 5 mile run- COMPLETE.

Fri: Rest or easy run
Sat: 60 minutes of cross training
