I got back into a better rhythm this week, and started chipping away at my times. I only missed Tuesday and Saturday, and had good runs Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday. I’ll be running 12 miles today.
WEEK 14 RESULTS
Sun: 11 mile run- COMPLETE. I ran an average pace of 13’09” (vs 14’23” the previous week)
Tue: 5 mile run- MISSED.
Wed: 3 mile run or cross-training- COMPLETE. I did 3.1 miles at a 12’46” pace.
Thu: 5 mile run- COMPLETE. Did five miles at a 12’29” pace.
Sat: 60 minutes of cross training- MISSED.
