I’ve set my fitness goals for the year, and I’ve already started working on them. I’ll be sharing my progress along the way. If you’re a Mom who’s not exercising regularly, maybe I can help give you some motivation so you can join me in becoming a fit Mom in 2019!
Last Week’s Results:
Mon: Upper Body- I did push-ups and dead lifts.
Tue: Run 2-3 miles- I did a 5k (3 mile) run on this beautiful evening.
Thur: Upper Body- Standing shoulder press and ring rows. I haven’t gone up in weight, but I’m doing 20lb dumbbells in a higher number of reps.
Fri: Upper Body- We did burpees today. First time I’ve done them in awhile, and this is more of a whole body workout, but it really gets the heart pumping.
Sat: Rest- beach day!
