2019 Fitness Goal Objectives- Week Of March 31

I’ve set my fitness goals for the year, and I’ve already started working on them.  I’ll be sharing my progress along the way. If you’re a Mom who’s not exercising regularly, maybe I can help give you some motivation so you can join me in becoming a fit Mom in 2019! 

Back to a pretty normal week of work and working out, with no major interruptions.  I’ll continue to focus on increasing my strength on weight training, while not losing any of my stamina in running.
I never got any recommendations for races after the Gasparilla Distance Classic 5k, and now I’m actually thinking it’d be good for me to join a program like Beach Body. Any fitness coaches want to take me on?
Here are the results-

Last Week’s Results:

Sun: Sprints

Mon: Upper Body- I did push-ups and dead lifts.

Tue: Run 2-3 miles- I did a 5k (3 mile) run on this beautiful evening.

Wed: Rest

Thur: Upper Body- Standing shoulder press and ring rows.  I haven’t gone up in weight, but I’m doing 20lb dumbbells in a higher number of reps.

Fri: Upper Body- We did burpees today.  First time I’ve done them in awhile, and this is more of a whole body workout, but it really gets the heart pumping.

Sat: Rest- beach day!

Tue: 2 or 3 mile run

Wed: Rest

Thur: Upper Body

Fri: Legs

Sat: Rest
