2019 Fitness Goal Objectives- Week Of March 3

I’ve set my fitness goals for the year, and I’ve already started working on them.  I’ll be sharing my progress along the way. If you’re a Mom who’s not exercising regularly, maybe I can help give you some motivation so you can join me in becoming a fit Mom in 2019! 

Well, it was back to the regular routine this week, or at least kind of.  It rained tuesday, so I had to run on a treadmill for my workout that day.  And after a less than restful sleep, I ended up skipping my workout on Thursday.  Also, I had a rest day Sunday following the 5k I had run that Saturday.

Last Week’s Results:

Sun: Rest

Mon: Upper body- COMPLETE- Push ups and ring rows.  My push up form continues to improve.

Tue: 3 mile run- COMPLETE- Ran on the treadmill.

Wed: Rest

Thur: Upper body- missed

Fri: Upper Body- I did dumbbell shoulder press and bicycle crunches.  I’m consistently doing 20lb dumbbells on this now.

Sat: Rest

Trunk Club

This Week’s Schedule:

Sun: Sprints

Mon: Upper body

Tue: 2 or 3 mile run

Wed: Rest

Thur: Upper Body

Fri: Legs

Sat: Rest

Now that the Gasparilla Distance Classic 5k is over, what race should I run next? My husband is recommending the Mothers Day 5k again, are there any others I should consider around that time?
