2019 Fitness Goal Objectives- Week of Feb 3

I’ve set my fitness goals for the year, and I’ve already started working on them.  I’ll be sharing my progress along the way. If you’re a Mom who’s not exercising regularly, maybe I can help give you some motivation so you can join me in becoming a fit Mom in 2019! 

We made it to February!  Winter will be over in no time.

Ok, maybe I should hold off on saying that.  I spent enough time in Ohio and Connecticut to know that there’s a lot of winter left.

This week was not a good one in making progress against my fitness objectives.  We had a lot going on, and between that and some less than restful nights, I barely hit any of my planned routines.  This week should be back to normal.

Last Week’s Results:

Sun: Sprints- missed

Mon: Upper body- push-ups and ring rows.  I’m only doing sets up 10 on the push-ups right now, concentrating on my form.  Once I’m doing them well, I’ll start to increase reps.

Tue: 3 mile run- missed

Wed: Rest

Thur: Upper body- missed

Fri: Legs- missed

Sat: Rest

This Week’s Schedule:

Sun: Sprints

Mon: Upper body

Tue: Run (2 or 3 miles)

Wed: Rest

Thur: Upper Body

Fri: Legs

Sat: Rest

Just a reminder, the Gasparilla Distance Classic 5k, is coming up in late February. I will be continuing to run in preparation for this, and  I’d love for you to come run this race with me! Shoot me a message if you’re thinking about going.
