2019 Fitness Goal Objectives- Week of Feb 17

I’ve set my fitness goals for the year, and I’ve already started working on them.  I’ll be sharing my progress along the way. If you’re a Mom who’s not exercising regularly, maybe I can help give you some motivation so you can join me in becoming a fit Mom in 2019! 

One week until the Gasparilla 5k!
This past week was another productive one.  I improved on my sprint times at the track Sunday.  I’m getting into better form with my push-ups, and I’m increasing the weight I handle in my strength training.

Since my race is on Saturday this week, I’ll be changing up my schedule a little, and taking a rest day on Friday.

Last Week’s Results:

Sun: Sprints- Trimmed some more time off my sprints. We have a stopwatch now too!  Ny fastest pace was a 21 second 100m.

Mon: Upper body- Push-ups.

Tue: 3 mile run- Complete

Wed: Rest

Thur: Upper body- dumbbell shoulder press (max 20lb), and leg lifts

Fri: Legs- lunges

Sat: Rest

This Week’s Schedule:

Sun: Sprints

Mon: Upper body

Tue: Rest

Wed: Light Run (2 or 3 miles)

Thur: Upper Body

Fri: Rest

Sat: Race
