2019 Fitness Goal Objectives- Week Of April 14

I’ve set my fitness goals for the year, and I’ve already started working on them.  I’ll be sharing my progress along the way. If you’re a Mom who’s not exercising regularly, maybe I can help give you some motivation so you can join me in becoming a fit Mom in 2019!

It was a good week for working out, but not quite to schedule.  I’m still not doing great push-ups, so I put extra focus on these this week.  I’m getting better, but still can’t get all the way down without giving out.  Getting close though.
I’m also getting better with my ring rows.  I’m doing higher resistance, and nice smooth motions.
Here are the results-

Last Week’s Results:

Sun: Sprints- Uh, haven’t been very good at getting this in lately.  Completely missed today.

Mon: Upper Body- Push-ups and leg lifts.

Tue: Run 2-3 miles- It was raining, so I did lunges instead.

Wed: Rest

Thur: Upper Body- Push-ups and ring rows.

Fri: Legs- missed

Sat: Ran 1 fast-paced mile

Tue: 2 or 3 mile run

Wed: Rest

Thur: Upper Body

Fri: Legs

Sat: Rest
